I am thinking they must have opened this BBQ place just for me. Blues and pig, my favorite combination! They have excellent BBQ and even have sweet tea. We haven't seen any of that in Utah or really any good food until now.
We have seen some crazy rigs along the way, just about anything that gets people out on the road. Including this sweet plywood RV. Wonder if they are planning on staining it or vinyl siding ;-)
Rte 128 from Moab runs along the Colorado River and winds along the canyon walls. Really a scenic road.
