Lake Havasu City, AZ

The London Bridge Lake Havasu City, AZ

This is the actual London Bridge that was sinking into the river Thames when the city decided to sell it to the founder of Lake Havasu City. It was disassembled and shipped and reassembled over the channel in Lake Havasu. We thought it was just a replica but its not. So its the tourist attraction other than the lake.

Looks like a tropical island until you see the desert..

Channel along Lake Havasu where the power boat crowd shows off their fast boats and their bikini bow ornaments..

Sonora Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park,--Tucson,AZ

Doesn't look all that friendly... Look at the size of those teeth!

Probably just ate someone and going in for a nap.

View in the park overlooking the desert.

Why do people dehydrate in the desert? We found these every few hundred feet.. Magic cold water comes out!

Go ahead Deb, climb that pole..

I just don't know but this was hanging at the entrance... Gotta love the 50% off ;-)

A little creepy?

Garfield?

This is a I think a rock garden? It was a maze path with all kinds of little trinket stuff that people must have donated as they pass through the campground.
